Hi! I'm Nico Veloz
A few years ago I plunged headfirst into real estate because I knew I wanted to work in a challenging, dynamic industry that allows me to serve and support others during important times in their lives. Being a Realtor® is a perfect match for me both personally and professionally. Having a career where I get to meet new people fits my personality and I enjoy the flexibility of the profession because it allows me to continually learn as well as prioritize family time.
In order to make the process as easy as possible, I gladly take care of the burden of paperwork and procedures of home buying/selling for you. Helping families get into a place that they can call home in my hometown is the best part of my work because I know they will love it as much as I do.
Waco's sense of community is awesome! We are the biggest small town you’ll ever want to live in. It's important to me to be a part of and give back to the community that gave me so much as a child and even now. I attend Harris Creek Church, volunteer at Fuzzy Friends, and coach in the Waco United Football League for the Midway Panthers team with kids ages 10 and under.
I love supporting our local businesses. My favorite place for home-cooked food in the Waco area is Sascee's Southern Eatery - the best soul food in town. When I want a burger like no other, my friends and I go to Cupp's Drive-In. Spending time in downtown Waco is always fun and I make it a point to shop at the Design House Jewelry Studio, Waco's finest custom jewelry. When you shop there, tell Linda that Nico said hello. I am also passionate about working with our Community Heroes (Veterans, Nurses, and First Responders). Supporting their work and honoring their service to our community is a top priority.
My professional strengths include effective communication, following through and time management. You can always count on me to make you a priority, be persistent and punctual. Staying current regarding our ever-changing market is essential! I consistently read articles, analyze data, and attend as many realtor workshops as possible so I can provide the best service to my clients.
